Will: Keily, John February 22, 1838 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Wexford Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com February 25, 2018, 8:25 am KEILY, JOHN FEBRUARY 22, 1838 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: February 22, 1838 Recorded: February 25, 2018 In the Name of God Amen I John Keily of New Ross in the County of Wexford Merchant being in good health and of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give devise and bequeath to my Grandson John Keily second Son of my Son Richard Keily and to his heirs and assigns my several holdings lands and hereditaments situate in the Liberties of New Ross aforesaid held by me under leases from Anthony Cliffe Esqr to hold for the term of my estate and interest therein respectively I give and bequeath all my shares in the National Bank of Ireland to Eliza Keily eldest daughter of my said Son Richard but should she die before attaining the age of twenty one years then I give and bequeath said shares to her Sister Emily Keily and in case the said Emily should die before attaining the age of twenty one years then I give and bequeath said shares to her Sister Anna Keily and in case the said Anna should die before attaining the age of twenty one years then I give and bequeath said shares to her Sister Mary Keily and in case said Mary should die before attaining her age of twenty one years then I give and bequeath said shares to her Sister Fanny Keily and in case said Fanny should die before attaining her age of twenty one years then I give and bequeath said shares to her Brother Richard Keily and in case said Richard should die before attaining his age of twenty one years then I give and bequeath said shares to his Brother Alfred his executors administrators and assigns And all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my real and Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof to my daughter Maria Keily her heirs executors administrators and assigns And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Son Richard Keily sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and Guardian of the person and property of my said Grandchildren hereby revoking and making void all former Wills and Testaments at any time heretofore made by me In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my Seal this twenty second day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty eight _ John Keily (Attestation Clause) Anthy Fredk French _ Anthy Stratford French Proved at London 6 April 1846 PCC Prob11/2034
