O'TOOLE, BRYAN BOROUGH FEBRUARY 9, 1815

Last Will and Testament of Bryan Borough O'Toole of 
Fairfield in the County of Wexford Ireland I bequeath my 
Sinful Soul to the mercy of Almighty God I die a very 
unworthy member of the Roman Catholic Church I sincerely and 
from my heart and Soul forgive and Pardon every one who may 
have injured or offended me either in though word deed or 
evil example and may our mercyful God forgive them I request 
that my body may be buried in the most Private manor 
possible and with the least expence I will and bequeath 
Fairfield with all its Goods Chattels etc. etc. and all 
monies due to me by my Agents Messrs Greenwood and Cox or by 
any other persons and any money I may have in my possession 
at my death to my three Sisters Teresa O'Toole Eliza O'Toole 
and Barbara O'Toole of Fairfield in the said County of 
Wexford the last Survivor of them to dispose of everything 
and Will to whom she pleases Fairfield with all its Goods 
and Chattels etc. etc. etc.etc.etc. Done at Guarda in the 
Kingdom of Portugal this ninth day of February in the Year 
of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifteen B B 
O'Toole (Affidavit by I Van Wilmsorff Richards and Robert 
Mayler sworn before Robt Johns Mayor of Wexford 15 April 
1826)
