Noted on verso that this deed was registered at the Register

464, number 6600. Also on verso of deed is a memorandum
which states that on 23 December 1736 a copy of the deed was
taken by trustees appointed by an act of parliament for
relief of creditors of the bank lately kept by Samuel Burton
and Daniel Falkiner, and of bank lately kept by Benjamin
Burton, Samuel Burton and Daniel Falkiner, and of the
creditors of the bank lately kept by Benjamin Burton and
Francis Harrison. Attached is deed of renewal (7 March 1727)
made between Benjamin Burton, Burton Hall, county Carlow,
esquire, assignee of Harrison, of one part, and David Ryan,

cordwainer, and Nicholas Henigan, in respect of a house and
garden. Bounded on the east by part of Jonathan Wattson's
field, on the west by Chapel lane, on the north by Rowland
McGowan's garden and on the south by Joseph Revel's quarry
and garden. Lease to run for term of 31 years. Annual rent
set at £2 sterling for the first 21 years of the lease and
£2.6.0 thereafter. One of the terms of the lease is that
Henigan is not to dig a quarry at the premises unless he
intends to build. If he does quarry, he is not to dispose of
stones for the use of others upon pain of penalty of £10.
Endorsement on lease (15 March 1737/1738) by Thomas
Haughney, eldest son and heir apparent of the lessor, in
which he nullifies the conditions relating to quarrying at
the premises.

Thomas Cooper, in respect of two tenements and plots of
ground at Graige and Queen's county commonly called Bumbruck
plot and containing 1½ acres. To be held by Cooper forever
at annual rent of £2.5.0. Thomas Cooper and Folio now make
over Cooper's interest in this property to William Cooper.
Also present is receipt (4 August 1720) issued by Folio
acknowledging receipt of sum of £77.10.0 from William Cooper
in consideration of Folio's interest.
