Deed 583479 – Fishbourne to Warren

To the Registrar appointed for Registering Will Deeds & Conveyances.  A Memorial of an Indented deed of Lease bearing date the 3 day of June in the year of our lord 1816 and made between William Fishbourne of Carlow Esq. of the one part and James Warren of the town of Carlow of the other part. Whereby the said William Fishbourne for the commissions therein mentioned did demise Grant set and to same let unto the said James Warren all that and those the dwelling houses and garden being part of the right acres of Carlow bounded on the north by Wm Kennedy’s holding, on the south by Matthew Dowling’s holding, and on the East by the Fair Green in the town of Carlow to have and to hold the said demised premises  unto the said James Warren  or for and during the natural Life of the said James Warren or for and during the term of 29 years which ever shall last longest provided his interest shall so long continue he the said James Warren his heirs and assigns yielding and paying yearly and every the sum of £6 sterling above taxes to be paid by two half yearly payments on every 25 day of March and 29 day of September the first payment thereof to be made on the 25 day of march next which said deed was duly executed by the said parties and witnessed by Joseph Fishbourne Esquire and Gent. Joseph Bowles shoemaker both of the town of Carlow and this memorial was duly executed executed by the said James Warren and witness by the said Joseph Bowles and John Barrett of the town of Carlow Gent. 1.  Daniel DOWLING b. Co. Carlow in 1832, enlisted in the British Army; discharged from service mid-1800's emigrated to Sangerfield, NY; occupation tenant farmer; with out issue; d 1913, Rome, NY.

2.  Patrick  DOWLING b  Co. Carlow 1834; emigrated to West Windfield,NY; occupation dairy farmer; m Mary McHugo d 1909 at rest Waterville ,NY.

3. William  DOWLING b 2 April 1837 C.o. Carlow d 2 Oct 1914; emigrated to Sangerfield 30 March 1861, m. Ellen CURLEY b1843 Kilorgan or Kilam, Co. Galway d 22 May 1912; occupation dairy and hop farmer; Ten children;at rest Calvary Cemetery, Utica,NY.
