I Patrick Burke of New Market in the town of Carlow, Butcher, Swear
that upon the 27th day of February 1838 I have intermarried with
Eleanor Burke otherwise Lacy my wife and that the House and Concerns
hereinafter mentioned came to me by said marriage and have been and
now are in possession and actual occupation of the House and Concerns
situate at Newmarket and that the said premises are bonafide.
I Maxamillian Mangan of Coal Market House in the town of Carlow,
Miller, Swear that upon the 25th day of January1838 I have
intermarried with Joanne Mangan otherwise Murphy my wife and that the
House and Concerns hereinafter mentioned came to me by said marriage
and have been and now are in possession and actual occupation of the
House and Concerns situate at Cornwall Quay and that the said premises
are bonafide.
I Tobis Dalton of Castle Street in the town of Carlow, Brouge Maker,
Swear that upon the 19th day of December 1835 I have intermarried with
Mary Dalton otherwise Bowes my wife and that the House and Concerns
hereinafter mentioned came to me by said marriage and have been and
now are in possession and actual occupation of the House and Concerns
situate at Burrin Street and that the said premises are bonafide.
