Carlow Taken before me one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for
Carlow. Who being duly Sworn and Examined Saith that on
Friday the 21st day of October 1831 John Bedlow of the Town of Carlow
came into the Dwelling house of James Bedlow and in a most wasting and
outrageous manner Illured James Bedlows Home and Family by Breaking of
the same - at the same time Swearing in a most Violent and outrageous
manner that he would have or take James Bedlows life and from the
threats made by him and his declarations as well now as heretofore James
Bedlow is in dread and fear of his life to go on his lawful occasions
