THE INFORMATION of Mary Warren
Spinster of Carlow Parish of Carlow Barony of
Carlow and County of Carlow who being duly sworn
on the Holy Evangelists, deposeth and saith,
that on this 7th day of August 1847, I was
threatened by Mary Nowlan at Carlow and she
threatened to get me murdered on Monday next, I
am afraid the said Mary Nowlan will do me bodily
harm if she be not bound over to keep the peace
as I swore Information's relative to James
Hayden who is now dead in Carlow Infirmary.

Truly read to Deponant & Sworn before me
at Carlow August 7th 1847

The above-named Mary Warren hereby
acknowledgeth herself to be indebted to Our
Sovereign Lady the Queen in the Sum of Two [Ten]
pounds, Sterling if noticed Conditioned that she
be and appear at the next Quarter Sessions to be
held at Carlow in said County, and do then and
there prosecute the above-named Mary Nowlan and
do attend from Quarter Session to Quarter
Sessions for such purpose until discharged by
the Court.
