Description
Conveyance made between Mary Allen, widow of Anthony Allen
and only child and heir of Ulick Wall, both late of
Pollardstown (Pollerton), county Catherlough (Carlow),
deceased, of the first part, Mary West, city of Dublin,
widow, of the second part, and Colonel Robert Burton, city
of Dublin, of the third part. Recites deeds of lease and
release dated 5 June 1752 and 6 June 1752 respectively. Deed
of release made between Sir George Ribton, city of Dublin,
of the first part, Mary Allen, of the second part, Mary
West, of the third part, and Hannah Izod otherwise Birch,
city of Dublin, of the fourth part. Lands assured to the use
of West by way of mortgage in respect of principal sum of
£2,450 and interest thereon. This money has not been repaid
by Allen to West and title in the lands is now vested in
West. Sum of £2,756.18.8 sterling now due by Allen to West.
Colonel Burton has now agreed to purchase the lands with
Allen for £3,211.7.6 and the sum due to West will be repaid
out of this. Now conveyed to Burton are the towns and lands
of Pollardstown (Pollerton) with all houses and other
buildings, yards, orchards and gardens containing 225 acres
plantation measure. It is noted that this deed was
registered at the Register Office, city of Dublin, on 24
December 1754 in book 171, page 513, number 115677.

Description
Assignment made between Daniel Bewley and Ambrose Barrett,
city of Dublin, merchants, guardians to Joseph Fuller, John
Fuller and Mary Fuller, children of Samuel Fuller, of same
place, merchant, deceased, of one part, and the said John
Fuller, of same place, who has now come of age, of the other
part. Recites (1) by deeds of lease and release dated 25
September 1712 and 26 September 1712, Henry, 8th Earl of
Thomond, demised to Thomas Conyers, Catherlogh (Carlow),
county Carlow, part of the lands of Graige (Graiguecullen),
Queen's county (Laois) containing 22 acres (2) deeds of
lease and release of same dates made between same parties in
relation to plot of ground at Dublin street, Carlow,
commonly called Peter Moor's plot with liberty to build
dwelling house at Market place. Lessee to leave provision
for the erection of a market house (3) by deeds of lease and
release of same dates, the Earl of Thomond demised to
Charles Byrn, Sleaty, Queen's county (Laois), gentleman,
plot of ground at Dublin street, commonly known by the name
Curtis's plot. Byrn assigned his interest to Conyers by
endorsement on deed of release dated 3 January 1715. This
was later confirmed by deeds of lease and release dated 4
November 1724 and 5 November 1724 respectively (4) by lease
dated 28 January 1719, Benjamin Burton demised to Thomas
Conyers part of the lands of Burrin Land, Carlow, containing
11 acres and 3 perches plantation measure. By other recited
instruments, Bewley and Barcroft gained an interest in these
lands. In consideration of the sum of £201.18.10 sterling,
lands are released to John Fuller. Further terms and
conditions outlined. Noted that this deed was registered at
the Register Office, city of Dublin, on 27 November 1756 in
book 185, page 231, number 122832. Further agreement on
verso between John Fuller and Sir Charles Burton (14
November 1760). Noted that a memorial of this assignment of
a judgement was entered at the Prothonotary's Office, Court
of King's Bench in Ireland, on 16 February 1757.

decease, the lands at Burton hall are to pass to Benjamin
Burton. The other lands described here are to pass to
testator's brother, Sir Charles Burton, after Catherine
Burton's death (2) to Sir Charles Burton, lands at Ballymore
Eustace, county Dublin (3) to Sir Charles Burton, farm at
Harristown, county Kildare, now in the possession of
Wentworth Thewless, esquire (4) to Benjamin Burton, the sum
of £8,000 and to Maria Burton, niece, both children of
Francis Burton, deceased, the sum of £3,000 (5) to Catherine
Burton, sum of £150 to buy her mourning; testator's chariot
and a pair of horses; household linen and furniture of her
choosing (6) to Sir Charles Burton, sum of £7,000 (7) to
Elizabeth Underwood, wife of William Underwood, hearth money
collector, living near Ballyellismithe, county Wexford or
Wicklow, sum of £300 (8) to Samuel Hoare, Cork, nephew, sum
of £1,000 and a silver tankard which belonged to him (9) to
Mary Walsh, niece, and Joseph Hoare, nephew, £300 each (10)
to Alexander Reeves, brother, sum of £300 and to the Widow
Reeves, sum of £200 (11) to his maid, Catherine Ellis, he
gives £50, and to all other servants, one year's wages.
These sums are over and above the wages due to them at time
of testator's decease (12) gives all other goods not already
disposed of to his niece, Grace Spaight, and her second son,
[B]almas Spaight. Appoints Joseph Hoare and Alexander Reeves
as his executors.

Carlow containing 12 acres, 1 rood and 25 perches plantation
measure. Also, that part of Feltham's holding formerly let
to Henry Whitestone and known by the name of Hanover
containing 12 acres. Lease to run for three named lives with
covenant for perpetual renewal. Annual rent of £58.10.3½
sterling. The interest in the 1738 lease is now vested in
Catherine Burton and Philip Bernard, junior, and Burton
