L Fisher 23 Nov 1807 Purchase of Tobinstown By the will of the Late Mr T Bunbury formerly of Lisnavagh & Latterly of the city of Bath in England a bequest has been made of the sum of 25 pounds to the poor of the parish of Rathvilly in the Co Carlow in such manner as his executor in his discretion shall kind best.

I hereby appoint Mr Germaine of Tullow to distribute the sum of £25 for the under mentioned aged & infirm poor of the parish of Rathvilly giving unto _____ the Respective firms attached to their names taking their receipts to the same

Forty one years which did not expire for some years after the purchase of this townland?
Wm P_____d & Joseph Bunbury were guardians of Wm Thos B & executor of the will of their father Wm Bunbury
Tobinstown was purchased in Dec 24 1723  By Wm Pendred (brother-inlaw) & Joseph Bunbury  (brother of William B father of Thos Bunbury only G Father  his Brother Wm) of F______town for M W For the sum of 2665 H_____ then said to contain 512 Acres at present A     R   D 519  0   29  from the Earl of Arran (Baron Weston In England) James 2d Duke of Ormond  was attended & his estates having been seized on By the crown. 
His brother the Earl of ____ was enabled by ___ __  ____ To purchase them The Duke of Ormand ____ in 1660 was forfeited in 1715 
James the above mentioned Duke retired into France in 1718 & died there in 1746
This townland was subject to a q____ rent of £     S D   45 6 8               Which I purchased for 929 6 8                                   The 23 Nov 1807 It ____ for 905 – 11 – 3

For the sum of £1015
It was the said to contain 666 acres at present 684-0-34 from the Duke of Ormand before his attain

This Townland is subject to a Chief Rent it 105-5-4 A year now payable to my Uncle B---- Bunbury
H Cels for 1123-13-7 ___ Undivided a part of Mortalstown was purchased by GB2 27 June 1785
 for £500 Containing 120 acres from Wm Humphries  eldest son of John Humphries Brewer
of Carlow  who purchased them from B____ Bunbury the 22 April 1765 for £440  suffered a fine &
 recovery for 2 6th part of Mortalstown Wm ____ t he liberty of _____ of ____

Ballybit was purchased in March 1744 by my G-Father Thos Bunbury Esq  for the sum of £5016
It was then said to contain 450 acres at present 488 – 2 – 38 From lady Allan Joshua Allen 2d
Viscount married in 1707  Margaret daughter of Samuel du Pass of Epson Surry who died
 Sept 5 1742  having made a will the 25 June 1730 by which he left his states to his wife
Margaret & her heirs. My G-Father purchased this townland Ballybit from her son John the 3d
Viscount Ballybit lets for 813-12-6 per an There was a lease made to
